These General Terms of Use (hereafter "GTU") govern access to and use of the website terrapromotion.com (hereafter the "Site"), published by TERRA PROMOTION SAS (hereafter "TERRA"). By accessing the Site, the user unconditionally accepts these GTU.

The Site is freely accessible to any user with internet access. All costs related to accessing the Site (hardware, software, internet connection) are borne by the user. TERRA PROMOTION reserves the right to modify, suspend or interrupt access to the Site, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice.

Only the information contained in reservation agreements, sales contracts or notarial deeds is binding between TERRA PROMOTION and the buyer.
