The plateau as a stage
The guiding principle of the Plateau Dominant is simple: every villa is an open box facing the landscape. The main glazed facades are oriented south-south-west to capture the lagoon-golf-horizon panorama.
The volumes play on the duality between local volcanic stone walls — opaque, protective — and the large sliding bay windows that open onto terraces and pools.
The sleeping areas, set back, benefit from natural cross-ventilation, while the double-height living rooms create a sense of space rare in Guadeloupean real estate.
